Welcome to the DLS Hotels website. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Cancellation Policy & Payment Policy of use.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of booking before 15 days prior to the date of check-in, 90 % of total booking amount would be refunded to the customer/Agent.

2. Cancellation of booking Between 15 Days to 7 Days Prior the date of check-in, 50 % of Total booking amount would be refunded to the customer/Agent

3. Cancellation of booking in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer/Agent


Payment Policy

1. 50% advance Required for Booking and Balance at The time of Check in only.
2. DLS – Hotels, reserves the right to cancel the room block in case of Non-payment of the above-mentioned advance as per schedule.

3. All deposits paid by or on behalf of the client are subject to the cancellation fee, are forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable as per the cancellation policy.

4. The scan copy of the pay-in-slip or payment advice should be sent to us by email to reconfirm the booking. · Payments should be cleared in our bank account before check-in of the client and in case of direct part payment, the same should be settled on the arrival of the client.
